　　地球武装攻打凯龙无功而返。相反凯龙乘机闯进演唱会场掳走了明美和林凯。两位著名人士成了人质，凯龙要求的赎金就是太空堡垒。凯龙旗舰内，明美的歌对凯龙无效，林凯因此消沉丧气，而明美则相信瑞克会来营救他们。 　　瑞克和丽莎接受了代号“营救明星”的紧急任务。在友好天顶星人的帮助下瑞克等人用了调虎离山计，当凯龙抵达战场时才发现中了埋伏。与此同时瑞克的突袭队伍冲进凯龙的巢穴，成功地将明美和林凯救出。到了这时明美终于意识到瑞克对她来说有多重要。当两人互诉衷肠时，凯龙的军队败逃了，瑞克离开了明美，领命乘胜追击。
